The Raising Sons Program is a community-based initiative designed to strengthen the emotional well-being, resilience, and positive development of at-risk boys and young men in Saint Lucia. Through individualized case management, mentorship, psychosocial support, and the active involvement of parents, caregivers, schools, and community partners, the project aims to reduce risk factors associated with crime, violence, and social exclusion while helping participants build healthy, purposeful lives. Funded by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI),administered by the High Commision of Canada in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, the project seeks to create lasting support systems that empower boys, strengthen families, and foster safer, more resilient communities.
