for Boys & Men

IDEAS for Boys & Men (Initiative for Development, Elevation, and Support) is a community-based initiative in Saint Lucia dedicated to nurturing, uplifting, and empowering young men and boys. Through mentorship programs, life skills training, and leadership development workshops, we create safe spaces for growth, brotherhood, and positive change. Together, we’re building stronger men for stronger communities in Castries and across the island.
